AFFILIATE NAMES AND ADDRESSES

Pursuant to 18 C.F.R. §§ 358.1 and 284 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commissionâ??s regulations (as may be further revised from time to time, the â??Standards of Conductâ??), the Standards of Conduct apply to any interstate natural gas pipeline that transports gas for others and conducts transmission transactions with an affiliate that engages in marketing functions (a â??Marketing Affiliateâ??).  

Accordingly, Section 358.7(e)(1) requires transmission providers to post on their internet websites the names and addresses of all of their affiliates that employ or retain marketing function employees.  The Marketing Affiliate of Sabine Pipe Line LLC is EnLink Gas Marketing, LP.  Its address is 1722 Routh Street, Suite 1300, Dallas, Texas 75201.
